Telling the Kids

We've booked the trip, made all the plans, now all we need to do is tell the kids. Hmmm. If you know the Wolcott Family we do not do anything the "normal" way. We started a few nights ago by giving them an early Christmas present. A Matchbox airplane. Ok, so now they know we are flying somewhere. Next night, a snow globe with a snowman. We are going somewhere they will see snow. And next, a rock. Adam is pretty certain we are going to California. Finally, we give them the details. The Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam, Red Rock Canyon, Mt. Charleston, Las Vegas and the Polar Express just to name a few. Now they are really excited and can't wait to go. This is so much fun!
